Delivery Times and Methods
How long does the delivery of my order take?
Most items are dispatched from us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. We ship to just about anywhere in the world.

- We use Registered post for all our deliveries. To track your goods please call Australia Post on 13 11 18 quoting the consignment number. You can also email us at info at modabambini dot com dot au if you just want to check the status of your order and we will get back to you asap. Your tracking number will be emailed to you on the day you make your purchase. Please quote this to us when enquiring about your order.
- We are unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched
- If for any reason we are unable to fill your requested order we will email you straight away and conduct a payment reversal if the transaction has been processed.
- A signature is required on receipt of your parcel, for this reason a work address is generally preferred.
Returns Policy
(please familiarize yourself with our returns policy before any purchase is made)
- For any return, please email info at modabambini dot com dot au within 7 days of receiving your item. Your items will be carefully packaged before they are shipped to you and must be in the exact same condition on return. All garments must still have the swing tag attached in order to be returned. We do not mind you trying the goods on but please do not rip off the tags.
- We will then email you a return form within 24 hours and we need this filled out and sent back to us with the goods. Please pop the items in an Express delivery bag and post back to:

Alternatively, you may come into our store with your return instead of posting. - FAULTY GOODS: We happily provide refunds to goods that are deemed faulty within three months of purchase. The goods will only be accepted if a receipt of purchase is sent with the item and the washing instructions have clearly been followed. We will happily accept a credit card statement as a receipt. Once we inspect the item and deem it faulty we will refund your credit card for the total amount of the purchase along with the cost of postage you originally paid. If the item has been worn or damaged then Frankii reserves the right to send the item back to you with no exchange or credit.
- CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS: if you receive your item and decide you do not like the style anymore , we happily will provide a credit note to you as long as the item has not been worn and the swing tags still attached. The credit note will be sent to you within 7 working days and can last up to 6 months. We will not REFUND if you decide you no longer like your item. NB international exchanges, delivery cost back to you will be at original shipping charge.
- CHANGE OF SIZE RETURNS: if you receive your item and the sizing is wrong please notify us within 10 days and we will happily send you another size once your garment has been returned to us.
- SALE ITEM RETURNS: sale items can be exchanged for size only, providing the size is available. IF the size you require is not available we will not refund. You will be issued with a credit note for the amount of the sale only. If you simply change your mind on the sale item we do not offer a refund or exchange.
